Kendrick had teased her involvement with Star Wars Battlefront over the weekend, tweeting, “I feel a strange disturbance in the Force… coming this Monday. #StarWarsBattlefront #ad #letsplaystarwars.”

After the ad dropped, Kendrick captioned a clip of it, “You can’t win Darth… #StarWarsBattlefront #ad #letsplaystarwars.”

In the Star Wars Battlefront ad, Kendrick appears dressed in a bathrobe, cutting a sandwich in half in a kitchen. Lifting up her knife, she says, “If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine” – a quote from Obi-Wan Kenobi. She then vanishes, leaving her clothes behind, only to be reincarnated in the video game.

Star Wars Battlefront will officially launch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on Nov. 17.  Battlefront will become available for Xbox One owners with an EA Access membership Thursday, Nov. 12.
